I have a modern three bedroom house in the quieter part of New Addington. The house is complete with full size front/back gardens, double glazing and open plan living room complete with fire place. There are built in units throughout the house to increase storage space and boasts friendly neighbours.
The house is 5 mins walk from local amenities and is within the catchment area for primary and secondary schools. The area has a local bus service and also has quick access to the Tram link services.
I am looking for a 3 or more bedroom house with front/back garden possibly a driveway.
