we have a ground floor bedsit within the kingswood area of basildon we have never had any problems the whole time we have been there we are near the town centre,train station,bus station,basildon hospital,we have gas central heating,double glazing,newly fitted boiler,separate bathroom & separate kitchen we have just recently decorated through out we have a big walk in wardrobe we have a shower over bath theres also a commural garden that comes with your own shed
we are looking for a 1/2 bedroom house/flat/bungalow with own garden within the basildon & surrounding areas would suit elderly person wanting to down size or single person as it is all on 1 level
wanting to get bigger property as we are starting a family soon
