we have a 3 bed mid terraced house in a row of four in a quiet cul-de-sac in tadwotrh surrey kt20 5 bz where derby is held we are 10 mins walk to public transport local shops doctors asda etc or 5 mins by car epsom town centre is a 10 min drive passing epsom downs where derby is held there is a shopping centre weekly market and central london is 30 mins by train we have excellent schools/colleges some within walking distance or else public transport we are close to the following areas but not on your doorstep leatherhead,kingston,dorking,redhill,reigate,sutton,crawley and gatwick all between 10 to 20 mins drive we are even only 40 mins to brighton arundel worthing etc, all accessed by public transport we are surrounded by countryside our house has a fenced in front garden parking right out the front of gate visitor bay small green out the front of houses no main roads our house is spacious the hallway has a storage cupboard the downstairs toilet and sink is 7x6 the kitchen is 15x13 the liveing rm is 14x20 which leads out to the garden we have 13 steps which leads to the landing which is 9.3x7.3 bedrm one is 12x12 bedrm two is 12.6x12.6 bedrm three is L shaped and is 15x10 all have large built in wardrobes the bathrm is10x9 tiled with 2 storage cupboards one large one under sink unit the house is newly decorated wooden flooors throughout apart from stairs and landing which is carpeted the garden is roughly 30x45 with patio and shed with 6 ft fenceing all round lovely sun trap no back access this is a safe and freindly area with the best of both worlds being rural and yet a drive from everything we have been happy here for 8 years but am regerstered disabled and can no longer cope with the stairs we would like anything coastal or rural any area
