we have a 3 bed mid terraced in a row of 4 in a qiiet cul-de-sac in tadworth surrey kt20 5bz public transport schools doctors local shops asda etc 10 min walk or 5 mins by car we are 10 min drive to epsom town centre where you pass epsom race course where derby is held there is a shopping centre weekly market and cenral london is 30 mins by train we have excellent schools /colleges within walking distance or public transport we are close to the following areas though their not on your doorstep leatherhead, dorking,sutton,redhill,reigate,kingston,crawley and gatwick all between 10 to 20 mins drive we are only 40 mins drive from brighton, arundel,worthing etc, public transport runs to all these we are surrounded by counrtyside but not isolated our house has a fenced in front garden parking right outside gate visitor bay we have a small green area outside the houses no main rds our house is spacious the hallway has a storage cupboard the downstairs toilet and sink is7x6 the kitchen is 15x13 the liveing rm is 14x20 which leads out to the garden we have 13 stairs which leads to the landing which is 9.3x7.4 bedrm one is12x12 bedrm two is 12,6x12,6 bedrm three is15x10 all have large built in wardrobes the bathrm is 10x9 tiled and has one large cupboard and one under the sink unit the house is newly decorated wood floors apart from stairs and landing which is carpeted the garden has patio shed 6ft fenceing all round lovely sun trap no back accesss this is a safe and freindly area with the best of both worlds of being rural but just a drive away from everything we have been happy here for 8 years and am only moveing to be more rural or coastal
