| we have a 3 bed house mid terraced in a row of 4 in a quiet cul-de -sac in tadworth surrey kt205bz public transport schools doctors post office etc 10 min walk or 5 mins by car we are 10 mins to epsom town centre where you pass epsom downs where the the derby is held the town centre has a shopping centre weekley market central london is 30 mins by trainwe have excellent schools/colleges accessed by public transport or with in walking distance we are close to the following areas but there not on your doorstep these are leatherhead,sutton redhill,reigate,dorking,crawley and gatwick all between 10 to 20 mins drive we are even only forty mins drive to brighton worthing arundel,etc all accessed by public transport we are surrounded by countyside but not isolated our house has a fenced in front garden parking no problem right outside gate and visitor bay we have a small green area outside and no main roads our house is spacious the hallway has a storage cupboard the kitchen is15x13 downstairs toilet and sink is 7x6 the liveing room is `14x20 which leads out to the garden we have 13 stairs which leads to the upstairs landing which is9.3x7.4 bedroom one is12x12 bedrm two is 12.6x12.6 bedroom three is 15x10 all have large built in wardrobes the bathroom is10x9 tiled with 2 storage cupboards one large one under sink unit the house is newly decorated wooden floors through out apart from stairs and landing which is carpeted the garden is roiughly 30x45 with patio and shed with 6 ft fenceing all round no back access lovely sun trap this is a safe freindly area with the best of both worlds or being rural and only a drive away from everything we have been happy here for 8 years and am only moveing to be more coastal or rural |
