Rural Norfolk, 5 miles from sea, semi-detached house, with 2/3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms and a box room, which is also being used as a bedroom). Both bedrooms will fit a double bed, but one is larger than the other. Large living room (6 metres X 4 metres approx.). Smallish kitchen due to be enlarged in the next couple of years. Huge garden with 2 sheds. House is in a row of 6, with fields at the front and back. Lovely walks and bike rides around

It has just had UPVC front and back doors put in, and has recently been decorated. There is also double glazing, central heating. There is parking for two cars at the front, off the road.

Housing Association property.

There is a primary school and pub about 15/20 mins walk away. Stalham is about 2 miles away and there is a Tesco supermarket and garage there, plus several other shops and pubs, schools, café, etc. North Walsham is the next biggest town after that – about 7 miles away.

Rent is approx £68.00 per week, council tax is £83.00 per month

I am looking for a 2 bed (or more) house, flat or bungalow, in or near a town (as I get bad hayfever) near the coast in Norfolk or Suffolk. E.G. Cromer, Lowestoft, Gorleston, Yarmouth, etc.

hi would you be interested in a three bed house in Kessingland? not far from the beach (lovely beach) needs some decorating as the lady who's house it is, is an elderly lady who has just lost her husband.
She wants my house and I am interested in yours, I am coming to Norfolk somethime next week to view some properties, would it be possible if you are interested to come and view your house.

Hi there, Kessingland sounds good - but I don't think it would be approved for me to have a three bedroom - my daughter is not living with me at the moment.

Hi there - sorry I haven't been on the site for a while so only just got your message. I don't really understand it (gotexc ??), but I am looking for a 2-3 bed in Gorleston. so would be potentially interested.
