| I have a beautiful modernised 1 bedroomed 3rd floor flat within the Brierley Hill area close to the Merry Hill centre local town and shops and close to doctors.The flat consists of a spacious new fitted kitchen with modern chrome splash backs cream and biege stone tiled floors with tasteful decoration this kitchen was not fitted by the council the bathroom consists of a newly fitted bathroom suite with fully tiled walls and floors shower with glass shower screen and all new chrome appliances again this was not fitted by the council. The flat has wooden floors throughout the living room which is decorated in modern shades of chocolate and cream hall way decorated in neutral colours and a contemporary bedroom The flat is in a quiet block with nice friendly neighbours with easy parking and on site security the flat is easy accessable for the disabled I am looking for a 2 bedroomed house within the surrounding area although all areas would be considered the property does not have to be modernised but must have parking facilities and must be in a quiet neighbourhood central heating would be a plus my only reason for wanting an exchange is to start a family.
