I have a 3 bed semi house in Letchworth, Herts. I am looking to move to Milton Keynes, as I need to be near family.
If you have a 3 bed in Milton Keynes/Northampton (only NN4 and NN5), please can you email me or leave a comment, I will reply as soon as possible.
I have a lovely 3bed cottage in Letchworth. I am a corner plot, so I have a large front and side garden. A medium sized garden at the back, which has a pathway along the side of the house. All fully fenced throughout. In the back garden I have a brick built outhouse, as well as a summer house.
Inside the house, there are laminated flooring throughout most of the house. Including all of the bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, dining room, downstairs hallway, untilty room, and also the kitchen. I have a separate dining room. I have a new kitchen fitted, and also new double glazed windows. Along with a full modern gas central heating system.
Amenites are all within 5 minutes walk, this includes schools, shops, town centre, buses and train station. Only 30 minutes to London via train or car.
