Hi, I have a 3 bed terraced house in a nice quiet part of Furnace Green, Crawley RH10 and I am looking for a large 3 bedroom house in Langley Green (Ifield end) or Ifield (Langley Green end). It has front and back access, new back fence and gate and a big shed. The garden is southeast facing, so it gets the sun for most of the day. It has double glazing, gas central heating, with a new boiler. It also has cavity wall insulation, which helps to keep the heating bills down! It has a new kitchen, dining room, seperate living room, seperate toilet and bathroom. New flooring in the hallway and new floorboards on the landing (it will have new carpet next week!) The 2 smaller bedrooms have built in cupboards/wardrobes. I have just started decorating, all neutral colours. I am 5 minutes walk away from local shops, bus route,primary & secodary schools, doctors, dentist and local park. I do not want Broadfield or Bewbush (sorry). I may also consider other areas for the right house, but the areas above are prefered.
