I have a spacious 2 bed ground floor flat in Burnham Berkshire. One single/ one double bedroom. Spacious living/kitchen and bathroom.
In a block of 9. Neighbours are friendly and very quiet.(Never see them). The area itself is quiet!!
Easy access to M4 M25 and M40. Train station goes straight into London.
Few mins walk into village where there are hairdressers, butchers, bakers, budgens and more.
Local nurseries,primary and secondary schools are also within walking distance.
I do not have a private garden but there is lawn around the flats where you can do as you wish. Pets are allowed.
I am looking for a 3 bed flat/ maisonette/ house/bungalow.
Must have own garden and gas central heating. Preferably off street parking.
Decor not important.
Any area considered.....open to offers  |

I have a 2 Double Bed 1st Floor flat in Slaithwaite, nr Huddersfield (Village location). Overlooking Yorkshire Downs and countryside. Comes with large gardens, parking space and outdoor storage area. Recently fitted with double glazing, new kitchen and bathroom.
Village location but walking distance to local shops, doctors and bus stop to town centre.
Reason for leaving: Due to my husband illness he can no longer handle the stairs so we are looking to move to a ground floor 2 bed flat or bungalow. We need to move close to Hungerford so my family can help me care for my husband.
