Hello,
I have a 2/3 bed end of terrace house in Hatfield. Large living room, kitchen, random room (neighbours use it as third bedroom or dining room) downstairs. 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, toilet and bathroom upstairs. Good size attic.
Gardens front and back, private entry to both. Large brick shed in front garden. back garden partially patio.
House 5 min walk from town centre and bus stops. 10 min walk from station. Lots of primary and secondary schools around. University of Hertfordshire campus' based here in Hatfield.
Hertfordshire is a beautiful county with lots of open green spaces. Also excellent shopping (!) The Galleria, Hatfield-outlet shopping with lots of eateries and a cinema.
Looking to move to Basingstoke in the summer holidays as other half based in the area and we'd like to share a postcode! (We've been together for 5 1/2 years and only ever managed this for a couple of months at the start of our relationship!!!) Would like my 8 year old to start her new school at start of term, rather than having to be THE NEW GIRL mid term.
Would consider multiswaps.
