ltadworth we have 3 bed in a quiet cul-de-sac public transport,doctors,school,local shops,post office asda are 15 mins walk or 5 mins by car we are 5 mins to epsom downs where the derby is held, epsom town centre is 10 mins by car which has a weekly market and large shopping centre central london is 30 mins by train there is excellent schools and colleges again accessed by public transport or within walking all are offsted regersted we are close to the following areas but there not on your doorstep leatherhead,kingston,dorking,redhill,reigate,suttoncrawley and gatwick all between 10 to 20 mins drive 40 mins away is brighton arundel worthing etc. public transport runs to all these areas we are surrounded by countryside but not isolated the house has a fenced in front garden parking no problem right outside gate we have a green area outside and no main rds the house is spacious the hallway has a storage cupboard the kitchen is 15x14 downstairs toilet and sink is 7x6 the liveing room is 15x20 which leads out to the garden the landing is 9.3x7.4 bedrm one is12x12 bedrm two is 12.6x12.6 bedrm three is long and 15x10 all have large built in wardrobes the bathroom is tiled with 2 storage cupboards one large one under sink unit the house is newly decorated with new carpets the garden is roughly 40x30 with patio and shed with 6 ft fencing all round no back access this is a safe and friendly area with nice helpfull neighbours we have been spoilt by haveing the best of both worlds countryside yet a drive away from everything we have been happy here for 8 years and are only moveing to be more rural we have spent £700 on new carpets and new lino for kitchen and a further £ 500 on finishing touches plus the whole house is newly decorated MUST MOVE AM ALL SET TO GO AS CHILDREN START SCHOOL TIME WASTER PULLED OUT AT LAST MINUTE
