I have a 3 bed terrace house in Farnborough GU14. 2 double bedrooms and 1 single, bathroom is downstairs.
Medium sized back garden with patio area, grassed area and large shed which has power to it.
Front garden is grassed area but has potential to be turned into a driveway as the neighbours have done. Both neighbours own their property's
We are very local to the primary school and a short bus ride away from the secondary school. The town is a 15 min walk away or a couple of mins by car.

Am willing to consider most area's, this is part of a multi swap

i have a large 3 bed house two double bedrooms and a single doubles have built in wardrobes, good sized bathroom up stairs and lots of loft space.
down stairs has a living room and doors leading into another room could be used for a dining room or an extra bedroom kitchen is a good sized kitchen, leading onto a small conservatory with a toilet and than out to the garden.
the garden has two sections the first is grass with lots of flowers etc and it leads to lots of plantation, i have recently replanted trees flowers plants and made it very beautiful, there is even a seating area and an apple tree. it has a front garden aswell which leads into the garden via side gate. this house has alot of potential and is in excellent condition any questions please ask,

I've a large 3bedroom house in Lincoln Lincolnshire i am after portsmouth areas i would like to try to help for a 2/3/4/5/swap if that helps
The house has a large kitchen with utility room I've 2 loos 1 downstairs plus i've a seperte bathroom/shower. 2 large bedrooms and 1 box room, my frontroom is very large so if anyone wanted it can be changed into a lounge/diner.
The windows are also large very good for natural light, the walls are insulated and we've gas central heating and double glazing so the bills are slightly less.
The rent is£63.75pwk I've 2 gardens with access to house from both sides we are 5/10 mins from the schools/doctors and the local shopping center is 10 mins away with everything you would need.

Lincoln is a pictureque and historic city and would suit someone wanting a fresh start it's a quiet city with University and the city shops has everything you could ever dream of, we are also home to the fantastic Christmas markit.
There are some fantastic shools in the area that the house is situated in a nice quiet area.
There are fields for children to play and walk your dogs. Also there are country parks and were not far from the national cycle route with some lovely views.
