we need a 3 bed to complete 3 way swap they would go to tadworth surrey kt20 5 bz the house is in a quiet cul-de-sac public transport ,doctors,school,local shops,post office asda are 15 mins walk or 5 mins by car we are 10 mins to epsom downs where the derby is held epsom town centre is 10 mins by car which has a weekly market and large shopping centre central london is 30 mins by train we have excellent schools and colleges all offsted regestered again accessed by public transport or within walking distance we are close to the following areas but there not on your doorstep theses are leatherhead,kingston,dorking,redhill,reigate,sutton,crawley,and gatwick all are between 10 to 20 mins drive 40 mins away is brighton,arundel,worthing etc public transport runs to all these areas we are surrounded by countryside but not isolated our house has a fenced in front garden parking no problem right outside gate there is a green area out the front no main rds the house is spacious the hallway has a storage cupboard the kitchen is 15x13 downstairs toilet and sink is 7x6 the liveing rm is 15x20 which leads out to the garden the landing is 9.3x7.4 bedrm one is 12x12 bedrm two is 12.6x12.6 bedrm three is long and is 15x10 all have large built in wardrobes the bathrm is tiled and is 10x9 with shower and 2 storage cupboards one large one under sink unit the house is newly decorated with new carpets the garden is roughly 40x30 with 6ft fencing all round shed and patio no back access this is a safe and freindly areawe have been spoilet by haveing the best of both worlds countryside yet only a drive away to everything we have been happy here for 8 years and are only moveing to be more rural
