I AM LOOKING TO EXCHANGE FROM BRACKNELL,BERKSHIRE TO ESSEX OR LONDON.
I HAVE A 2/3 BED HOUSE, COUNCIL WITH RTB IN BRACKNELL BERKSHIRE AND AM LOOKING FOR A 3 BED IN ESSEX OR LONDON WITH RTB, MOST AREAS CONSIDERED.
MY HOUSE HAS NEWLY INSTALLED CENTRAL HEATING, BACK AND FRONT GARDENS AND GARAGE. ITS IN A VERY QUITE CUL DE SAC WITH REAR ACCESS ALSO. CLOSE TO SHOPS AND SCHOOL WITH GOOD BUS ACCESS INTO THE TOWN CENTRE.

THIS IS A 2 BED PROPERTY WHICH I HAVE CONVERTED INTO A 3 BED. THE 3RD BEDROOM ACCESS IS GAINED FROM THE 2ND BEDROOM.

Its only a 20min drive to Stansted Airport, too.
4 miles from Chelmsford town centre/railway station (30mins to London Liverpool Street).
25 min drive to Colchester and Essex coastal villages.
