I have a 3 Bed EOT House on the outskirts of Newport (Carisbrooke) on the Isle of Wight.
It has 2 large bedrooms and a 3rd smaller one. Good sized kitchen/diner and seperate lounge. It has a downstairs w/c and a family bathroom upstairs. Small garden at both back and front of house.

The house is Gas Central Heating with Radiators in all main rooms and is Double Glazed throughout apart from the back door.
The entire house has just been re-insulated, and the house is due a new kitchen and bathroom in 2009 / 2010.
