I am looking to move A.S.P. to the Aberystwyth area for family support and S.E.N [school]
I need a 3 bed house or bungalow.

I live in a lovely area close to schools new film studios lots of new shopping stores 20 min from Cardiff & Bridgend

My house has 3 bedrooms wc.up/down. C.H. KITCHEN DINNER
d.b.drive,shed. Back garden patio & grass. Very clean,nice decor.

Very keen to move to likewise property urgent move to avoid broken heart due to son living with family to cater for his schooling.
