Hi, we are a 3 bed parlour type house, 2 double bedrooms upstairs with newly refurbished bathroom. the parlour room downstairs is the 3rd bedroom/2nd sitting room/office.
26ft lounge/dining area, which can be divided. nice size kitchen with plumbing for dishwasher and washing machine.
great size garden with front/side and back access, hard stand for car. back overlooking allotments.
we are a dead end road with a play park, walking distance to schools, shops, doctors, dentists.
We do have a railway track around us but since Alstom at the bottom of the road has closed, it is hardly used.

Hi there can I have some more details please you can email them instead if you like. You say about half an hour Drive from Lynhurst so I am having to guess where you are. Could I have a full address please including post code.
