have a nice 3bed semi in exhall next to bedworth,cul de sac,not on an estate.1 of only 2 council houses in the close.
2 double bedrooms,3rd bedroom has built in bed with storage still has room for wardrobe-chest and desk.good size lounge,big kitchen,small room being used as offide/pc area 6 by 7ft,
well maintained gardens,back has summer house being used as work shop by my son.walking distance to all you could need in Bedworth yet far enough away to be quiet.
need 3beds in chipping campdon-mickleton or weston-sub-edge as part of a 3way the house i want needs these areas.
