Hi there,
Am looking to move back 'home' and be closer to family in the Maidstone area. My home is a well maintained HA property, on the outskirts of Peterborough, with both front (small) and rear (large) gardens. A garage is attached to the side.
We have a kitchen/diner with enough space for a large family dining table.
A comfortable size lounge.
Downstairs WC.
Built-in cupboard under stairs.
There are 3 bedrooms, two have built in wardrobes/cupboards.
Bedroom 1 size 320cm x 318cm
Bedroom 2 size 318cm x 308cm
Bedroom 3 size 280cm x 217cm
There is another cupboard on the landing.
The bathroom needs decorating but the white suite is in good condition. All other rooms are decorated.
The central heating system has recently been replaced (Jan 2008) with a condenser boiler which is cheap to run (heats the water as you use it, no need for tank).
Double glazed throughout.
This is a quiet location with good neighbours, excellent schools both primary and secondary. Shops are within 10 mins walking distance, or alternatively there is a bus stop literally 2 mins walk away to take you into town (2 miles).
