i have a realy nice 3bed semi in a good area,cul de sac,not on an estate,1 of only 2 council in the close.
nice size lounge with bay window,big kitchen,small room 6 by 7ft being used as small office/pc area.wc.
well maintained gardens with summer house being used as a work shop by my son and potting shed,patio and lawn,mature planting.
2 double bedrooms,3rd bedroom has built in bed with under storage,still has room for wardrobe chest and desk,bathroom plus airing cupboard.
walking distance to bedworth and all its shops etc.
need 4 beds norwich,essex as part of a 3way as this is the area the lady in the house i want needs.she needs 4bedrooms.
