i have a nice 3bed semi,cul de sac,not on an estate,1 of only 2 council in the close.good size lounge with bay window,big kitchen.wc.small room being used as pc/office 6 by 7ft.
well maintained gardens,summer house being used as a work shop by my son in the back and potting shed,patio and lawn,mature planting.
2 double bedrooms,3rd bedroom has built in bed with storage still room for wardrobe-desk and chest,bathroom with airing cupbord.
waliking distance to bedworth and all its shops etc.
need 3beds solihull or henly in arden for a 3way as the house i want needs these areas.
