I am in the middle of registering a video of our views of the river on YouTube. Then you'll see what I mean. It's actually the reason why we have taken so long looking to move as my Son is 12 and my Daughter is 14 sharing the same room - one can only guess the tension!! Shocked
This property benefits from being in the heart of Chelsea with a local Nursery and Primary School downstairs with a secondary Catholic school being built 2 mins walk away. Chelsea Westminster Hospital is only 7 mintues walk away with an A & E department that has you in and out within the hour more often than not. A supermarket, theatre and delicatessen all downstairs. We are on the 6th floor and on , probably, the best estate in England (i kid you not). Exclamation Battersea park is 5 mins with a local garden on the first floor and another 5 minutes away with another a few minutes after that. All the best fashion shops in London with good access British rail (10 mins), 4 tube stations and plenty of buses. KINGS RD on your doorstep!!.
The property is in fairly very good condition with a new kitchen and refurbished hallway with laminate flooring. The two bedrooms are in need of some painting. Bathroom and toilet are functional but nothing special. New lifts (two) fitted with security camera’s and full time security staff with a temporary Police station near by. Intercom systems are due for install and fob key entry is needed for access.
EVERY ROOM has a RIVER VIEW except for the bathroom and toilet. One nice feature is a walk-in cupboard fully fitted with shelving for storage.
I AM LOOKING FOR a 3 bed house with a garden - can't keep saying 'Oh but the river view!' - just need a reasonable sized house preferably Victorian. Will consider all good areas and opportunities. RENT is around £130 (a little steep but includes Hot water and Heating) but well worth for the river views and walks.
It really does need to be a good swap as I have a lot to offer in the deal and am very comfortable but the children really do need their space.
