| Hi all, here are the approx room sizes of my house and a little about where i live. Fitted kitchen 12'2 x 7'6 Lounge 16' x 11' Dining room 11' x 9'9 Hallway 13'5 x 7'2 but does contain the stairs so not a complete square, it lead to the kitchen entrance. I have an upstairs bathroom, average size, just decorating it 2 double bedrooms and one single (box room) Outside are two lock up sheds and a wc. A large back garden. the front is a little hard to describe, it has a hedge all the way round but i have planning permission to remove one side to enable a driveway. I have neighbours only on one side and there are only 2 houses on my side of road. A bit about the area... Syston is a well sort after village/town. It has a train station, doctors, police station, great schools, people move here just so their children can attend these schools, i know because i worked at the secondary school here. The shops, well there are loads, here's a list off the top of my head, Asda Next McDonalds Pizza Hut Claires Tk maxx Boots Dunelm Somerfield Co-op Wilkinsons All major banks and all the usual smaller shops like hairdressers, florist, jewellers and a few pubs, |
