Hi on offer is a large 2 bedroom house in leigh on a quiet sort after estate ( very small) Close to the new sports village. House is situated near pennington. Large front bedroom (needs a new carpet might consider replacing it for right house)could easily be split and the 2nd bedroom( laminate flooring) currently has 3 children sharing is set of bunkbeds a single bed 2 sets of drawers and lots of toys so quite spacious. Very large kitchen with room for a kitchen table and chairs- new kitchen and solid tiled floor. Bathroom upstairs just done with nice flooring and electric shower fitted 6 weeks ago.Living room is a good size with laminate flooring.down stairs toilet again painted neautral with tiled floor.End house next door neighbours is a private house. Large garden front side very safe back garden for children to play in.Paid almost 2 k to have patio and remainder turfed fenced side gate. Can send pics.decorated throughout in neautral colours, again could decorate to your taste for right house. Need a house either in sussex or not far from but will consider most of southern england need at least a 2 bed as i have 4 kids! ( ill worry about that once im down there) desperate for a fresh start :)
