I am looking for a council swap 3/4 bedroom house in MANCHERTER or Ashton-Under-Lyne or Stockport.

I have a 3 bedroom House in NOTTINGHAM. It is a 3 storey house a very good size living room with storage. New fitted kitchen with extra storage.

Upstairs there is a double size bedroom, which I use as my bedroom.
Bathroom all new fitted,
2nd bedroom big enough to fit a double bed.
There is also storage space on the 2nd floor AND 2 good size lofts.

Upstairs there is another double size bedroom with storage space.

The house is fully decorated and carpeted through out. The kitchen and bathroom is black laminate floor good quality. There is a back garden door. New front door just been fitted.
Its all double glazed except the living room and double bedroom upstairs, which should be completed soon.

I have a small garden at the front of the house and at the back. Private driveway for a CAR. you can also park on the road more than 1 car, no problem with the neighbours or council.

End of the street there is a CO-OP, newsagents, postoffice, hairdresser, private dentist and doctor, Bus-stop.
There is a 24-hour TESCO which is about a mile. You will also find doctors surgery, somerfield, eating places and other large stores near by which are walking distance. The main city centre is about 2 miles, there is arnold town centre, B&Q, comet, currys, Home base and many more stores which are walking distance.

You will also find many nurseries and schools near by, which are again walking distance.

Now the street is very quite and the neighbors are very nice and caring, always looking out for you. About half of the street is private houses and most of the council houses are bought and there are only few left, which belong to council.

There is also the biggest City Hospital which is about 4-5 minutes walking distance from our house. This area is demand, and not easy to get into.
