I AM ON THE HOMESWAPPER WEBSITE WHICH I USE ALL THE TIME I HAVE PHOTOS ON MY LISTING, THE COASTLINE IS BREATH TAKING.
I LIVE BETWEEN POLZEATH BEACH & HARLYN SANDS LOOK ON GOOGLE EARTH
I have a lovely large 3 bed semi house with driveway ,it is very quiet & a respectable col-de-sac of 12 houses/bungalows in ROCK with RIGHT TO BUY, 2 double bedrooms 1 single, bathroom with shower, large kitchen/diner, down stairs toilet, utility room extended on back of house, multi burner, radiators in every room, the garden is a good size with patio area. 3 min walk to portilly beach all so rock sands & daymer bay (golden sand & crystal blue water). this house is a one off & very unlikely that you will ever see another house that is close to the beach in ROCK as this one. the view from the windows are out standing. if you go on Google & type in Rock on-Telegraph this will give you some idea of how exclusive this area is. you can catch a passenger ferry across to padstow. lucky for me the bungalows are across the way hence the views as far as your eyes can see. the driveway is big enough for 2 cars & the other side(stoney bit) is 19ft ideal for a boat. There is a free school bus to & from wadebridge community college & the bus pick up point is wright out side rock villas it takes 13 minutes to get to school, there are also a couple primary schools within 5 min walking distance.

Would your utility be big enough to use as a 4th bedroom??
We are situated on the Devon Somerset border, private cul-de-sac. 3 bed average size property, semi rural and quiet all the usual close by and easy 5 mins access to M5.
