70’s build council house, fair size garden, and good size bedrooms, well maintained. Sort after area close to schools, shops, and amenities. We are the end house in a cul de sac, and have a lot off space and grassy areas around our property. We are next to a junior school. We have lived hear for nearly 9 years and have no complaints. So why do we want to move? There are family reasons for wanting to move, which we will disclose to interested parties. Reasons that will not affect future tenants but are personal issues. I should mention that the integral garage attached to the property is accessible from inside the property, which is very useful.2 w/c’s laminate flooring almost throughout.
