My family and me are searching for a family house located in the Wymondham area in exchange for our Housing Association-owned house here in Thetford, south Norfolk.
Firstly, our current house I must admit is very good, and we moved here Feb 2007. It had been given improvements in recent years so realistically it is in brand new condition. Double-glazing, great condition, never any complaints with the semi-terraced house, very well insulated, lots of space, and a good fenced-in garden with plenty of new laden grass and a few little plant plots with a near-new shed and back gate.
Downstairs is the kitchen, dining room, toilet, two closet spaces, the landing and large living room. The stairs lead up to three bedrooms plus two more large closets, a second toilet and bathroom.
The house is well lit with floors already well carpeted, and the walls a white/cream color making rooms feel spacious and with adequate brightness in them. It is based in a very pleasant and relaxed neighborhood ten minutes walk from Sainsburys and the A11. There is also a good quality primary school two minutes walk from our house that my young son attends. The town center is ten minutes in the other direction, and the bus stop is two minutes away next London Rd where the 84 bus to Bury St. Edmunds can be caught easily and frequently.
Living in this house is great, but for family and postgraduate study reasons, I would like us to relocate as near to Wymondham (on the A11 to Norwich) as possible.
I should add there is a huge demand for housing in this town. So if you're interested in Thetford, this may be a great opportunity.
