We have a 4bed disabled house in duston,northampton.It has 3 bedrooms upstairs with built in cupboards for storage and an upstairs bathroom with bath with a electric shower over,toilet and wc. Downstairs there is a large kitchen which has at present a table and chairs which sits 6 whith loads of room for walking round. Lounge is large and spacious and leads onto 4th bedroom which is very large and is a special disabled adaption with its own large walk in shower/wet room and wc and sink. It also has french doors whicch lead into garden and out onto decking area and 130ft garden which is also about 45ft wide. We have put 6ft fencing all the way round the garden you could if you wished take down the back panels and use the blocked area at the bottom as a driveway as there is a drop kerb already there. We also have a seperate patio outside the kitchen which is private and a lovely suntrap. The front of the house is private with hedges all around and we have a large ramp leadng to the front door. All houses but 3 are privately owned, we are 5mins walk from local schol which our children attend and also near doctors and local shops including small tesco and post office.
