I have a lovely 3 bedroom house on a main road but set back behind a green. It has a lovely manageable front garden and larger back garden both in good condition. The frontrooms not huge but big enough to fit in to sofas plus computer table and storage with space. We have a newish kitchen which has loads of cupboard space and breakfast bar. We have a separate toilet bathroom would be easy to make it into one. There is wooden flooring thoughout the downstairs and cream carpet up the stairs and in each bedroom. We have two large bedrooms and a small box room. Can fit a single bed in without much space left but would also make a good study/office. We have gas cental heating, and double glazing. It's a 10 min walk to the local shops which include a co-op, butchers, bakers, newagents ect. There is a bus stop a stones throw from the house (on the other side of the green) With buses going to Bromley, pettswood, chislehurst and elthan. Only takes 30 mins from Bromley to london Victoria. The house backs onto the loal primary school so always very quite (even during break times) I am looking for a 3 bedroom house with garden most areas considered. Please ask if you have any questions.
