Hi there, we have a Beautiful, huge, 3 bedroomed victorian conversation on quiet tree lined residential street. Real oak floors throughout, large decked patio/garden for sole use that gets sun all day and communal garden at the rear aswell. We have private off street parking. All the rooms are massive,all the bedrooms are doubles, kitchen is very large with door opening out onto communal garden, main bedroom looks out on private decked patio/garden, we have our own sole use entrance too. Toilet in the hall, and bathroom has toilet, power shower and bath. Neighbours are quiet and friendly and most have been here over ten years, the flat is basement but because there is a 20 foot private garden in front and communal behind it doesnt feel like it,flat is light all day. We are five minutes from the river thames and five mins from `richmond park and ten mins from Chelsea and Kingston. Both rail and tube are 5 mins walk away as are all major shops. dont know if you are still looking to swap,
but we have a 2 bed in west london with garden, cottage like in quiet road in avenues,
through lounge, separate bathroom/toilet and loft space that can be converted if you wanted a project!
