I am looking for any 3 bed house on the island to complete our multi-swap.
On offer for you is:
I have a 3 Bed EOT House on the outskirts of Newport (Carisbrooke) on the Isle of Wight.
It has 2 large bedrooms and a 3rd smaller one. Good sized kitchen/diner and seperate lounge. It has a downstairs w/c and a family bathroom upstairs. Small garden at both back and front of house.
Room Sizes: (all measurements in feet)
Lounge - 15½ x 10½
Kitchen / Diner - 16½ x 9½
Bathroom (upstairs) - 6½ x 6
Small Bedroom - 8 x 6
Main Bedroom - 9 x 15
Other Bedroom - 9 x 14
Back Garden - 18 x 12
Front Garden - 21 x 17½
There is 2 large storage cupboards on the landing upstairs, and another large one downstairs. Both front and back garden are fenced in with gates. There is a D/G porchway at the front of the house.
The house is Gas Central Heating with Radiators in all main rooms and is Double Glazed throughout apart from the back door.
The entire house has just been re-insulated, and the house is due a new kitchen and bathroom in 2009 / 2010.
