We have a large 3 Bed Town House in South Wimbledon, we are off an estate 2 minutes to South Wimbledon Tube Station. Wimbledon Town Centre (Centre Court) is a 10 minute walk away. Morden, Rosehill, Sutton, Wallington, Croydon are all within a short drive away. We have Sainsbury's and Marks & Spencers 5 minutes away and Merton Abbey Mills is behind our house.

Beside our drive with have a small garden area where we have conifer trees and other plants. On either side of the garage we have two large hanging baskets. To the side of the garage going towards the street door, with have two more hanging baskets and some plants in pots. Just before you get to the street door, there is the bin cupboard and electric meter cupboard. Through the street door, on the left we have a large coat/storage cupboard, some tenants in these houses have knocked this cupboard through into the garage and made a 4th room. Next is the under the stair space where we have our computer etc then the stairs and just past them is the toilet. Next is the kitchen, it is only 4 years old and has fully fitted cupboards and an intergrated fridge/freezer and oven/hob.
It is a large kitchen which holds our table & four chairs plus a huge old fashioned pine dresser. Out the kitchen/back door on to decking where there is a water feature and many pot plants. The rest of the garden is paved and holds a table & chairs, BBQ and more plants.

On the 2nd floor is one double bedroom and the living room, on this small landing is the double doored airing cupboard with three shelfs.

On the 3rd floor are the remaining two double bedrooms and the bathroom/toilet. We have recently fitted a new bath, toilet and power shower and are in the process of tiling and painting it. There is a big landing space here and we have put a single bed here when friends have come to stay. The loft is outside the bathroom and has lighting and wooden floor boards.

Windows are double glazed and the house is gas central heated.
