PostAdvert Subject: 2 bed flat Lincoln for 3 bed house within 20 miles Lincoln

I have a spacious 2 bed flat on the top (2nd) floor of a low rise block on the quiet Ermine East area of uphill Lincoln. Flat has kitchen diner, lounge (3.5m x 5.5m), one double and one single bedroom, bathroom and storage cupboard, all rooms leading off central corridor. Secure door intercom entry system, no neighbours on adjoining walls (like detached bungalow on top of another, if you follow me!), gas CH, double glazing, cavity wall insulation - along with heat from downstairs makes very low heating bills!! New boiler 2 years ago. Neighbours are mostly mature and quiet. Large communal garden with washing lines and large communal wheelie bins (can put your rubbish out any day of week!), pretty green space with trees etc plus ample parking in front. Quiet crescent in easy walking distance of 3 primary plus 2 secondary schools, 2 supermarkets, takeaways, post offices, parks and fields, regular buses into town centre. Within earshot of Lincoln Cathedral bells!

As I have not lived here very long, I haven't had time to decorate as much as I'd like to, but have made considerable improvements on what I 'inherited' from previous tenant!

Nice low cost, low maintenance place to live for able bodied person or couple who can cope with 2 flights of stairs :)

Rent: £53 per week
Pets and children allowed

I would like a 3 bedroom house, anywhere within 20 miles of Lincoln considered but preferably along the northern fringe (Welton, Nettleham, Scothern etc). Need to be in relatively easy reach of William Farr school (Welton), either by bus or bike.
