hi,
i have a nice little one bed flat, with a garden, in manchester. Pets are allowed, excelled housing assoc who own, Very close to the city centre (half hour walk, 5 mins on bus) and excellent links to the motorways. The flat comprises of front gardnen area, with bin corale, secure fob entryphone, hallway to front door, inside you have small entrance hall, large walk in storage cupboard, Bedroom (reasonable size double) with window onto garden, living room with door into back garden, back garden decent size for a flat, and is paved in a T shape, with grass on bth sides. Kitchen with overhead cupboards,and a large pantry style walk in storage closet. bathroom consisting currently of bath,toiet and sink.
The property has just been taken over by a housing acc from the council, and this year will be fitted with brand new UPVC windows, New kitchens and bathrooms, any remedial works and new doors and a new heating system.
There is a thriving community, and a 5 minute walk or 2 minute drive sees you at the door of 2 doctor surgeries, pharmacies, 24hr ASDA, the Park, local shops etc. The fire station is 3 minutes away on foot, and the MRI hospital is about 15 mins on foot.
I need to be as close to chester le street or newcastle upon tyne as possible, wbut will consider anything with a DH, NE or SR postcode.
