You can join here Advert Subject: ARLEY, WARWICKSHIRE 2 bedroom terraced miners cottage ARLEY - WARWICKSHIRE I have a two bedroom terraced victorian miners cottage in the rural county of New Arley. Within the next 6 months work will begin on it to renovate it to an extremely high standard with lots of eco features. The council are passing it over to Waterloo housing association so that the work will be done to this standard. As I wish to stay with the council I want an exchange to a 2 or 3 bedroom house in New or Old Arley, Shustoke, Fillongley, Whitacre Heath, Nether Whitacre, Coleshill, Lea Marston or Water Orton which are all in the Warwickshire area. The renovations will include completely gutting the house ( a temporary move out will be necessary either by myself beforehand or by yourself if you exchange first). They will be putting in new bathrooms, kitchens, adding a new loo downstairs and extensive reworks to all the gardening and outside areas.
