| i have a 3 bedroom end terraced house in oakwood birchwood. The house has a large living room which is rear facing onto the back garden, it is decorated to a modern standard and has laminate flooring. The kitchen is situated at the front of the house which is is of a decent size. The main bedroom is the larger bedroom of the three it is decorated to a modern standard and a newly fitted carpet. The two smaller bedrooms are box rooms one is slightly larger than the other, they are both decorated magnolia one with a blue carpet the other a pink carpet. The toilet is seperate from the bathroom. The hall stairs and landing is decorated magnolia with a newly fitted carpet to the stairs and landing and laminate in the hall. There are two sheds one is at the front of the house the other is slightly larger this is at the rear, in the back garden which is a a large garden. I have got vertical blinds in all the windows if i cant take them with me i will leave them in if needed. I am looking to exchange for a 3 bed house in orford or padgate lane area. |
