I live in a large 3 bedroom town house type, it is double glazed and fully central heated. Living room and Kitchen down stairs, on the 1st floor is box bedroom and master bedroom plus bathroom with fitted shower, and bath. There is also an airing cupboard, and storage room, also access to loft. on 2nd floor is 3rd bedroom, with large attic and other room. (attic can be turned into 4th bedroom if you know how). Please be aware I have very high ceilings on ground floor and 1st floor. If you would like room measurements please let me know. There is a shed in the back garden that i am willing to leave, would be nice if the house I exchange with had one also, but not compulsary. I have a large rear garden and very small front garden.

On street parking is available. Schools are very close, 2 schools have entrances on my road, local post office is just 1 street away, all buses go to City centre and all bus stops are close, also a small local bus which runs every half hour to One Stop shopping centre, which has an asda store, homebargains, dream beds, au natural, sports world and many others. Local leasure centre is roughly 15 minutes away.

I am looking for a 4 bedroom house in Derby prefably low ceilings, must have bathroom upstairs. Would prefer central heating and double glazing, but am willing to think about other properties. Must have garden/s
