:smile:Hi we have a 3 bedroom semi detahced house in Cotford St Luke it is with Redland Housing Association and is a trial eco house. It has been built with all wood from repenished forest timber we have solar panels on the roof which provides us with nearly all the hot water we can use. The house has a large hall, lounge, kitchen diner, large downstairs cloakroom suitable for disabled, under stairs walk in cupboard and sunroom, upstairs there are 3 bedrooms 2 large doubles and a single, family bathroom and very large airing cupboard. We have a garden to the rear which we have decked there is a garden shed and patio area, to the fron there is a small piece of grass each side of the path, we have two allocated parking spaces one of which is at the side of the house where you can go through to the garden and back of the house. The village has a primary school, shop, community centre and recently a pub has opened. We are 10 minutes from Taunton town centre by car and the village has a regular bus service. The secndary school (kingsmead) provides a free bus from the village. We only want to move as all are family are aroung the Bridgwater area thanks for reading my add.
