hi we would love to move to mablethorpe louth area
to raise our 3 small boys by the seaside
we are looking for a 3/4 bed house with good size safe back garden for the monkeys to let of steam
my house has 2 double and 1 single bedroom 2 of them have fitted cupboards the house also comes with a garage to the front of the property which is included in the rental price i have just finished decorating most of the rooms we have upgraded the kitchen too with new doors worktop and handles bedrooms 1 and 2 are approx 11ft x 12 ft one room has a small built in cupboard bedroom 3 is approx 91/2 ft x 8 ft with large built in cupboard lounge/diner is approx 21ft x 12ft but is narrower at the top end kitchen is 10ft x 9 ft with a large larder built in this house has lots of storage easy access to m3 asda is 10 min walk bus are regular every 10 minutes primary and junior school 3 min walk or another primary junior school is 10 minutes. senior school is also 10 minute walk all have good ofsted reports my son goes to the primary school and loves it my second son will start this year unless we find a swap happy house huntng everyone for pictures please email me
