You can join here Advert Subject: Would you consider Telford, shropshire? It's south of Birmingham :) I have a 4 bed house over 3 floors. The top floor consisting of a toilet, 2 bedrooms and a "boxroom/study". The second landing has 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom ( with shower and toilet) The groundfloor has the living room and kitchen along with another toilet. We also have a garage that is included in the price of the rent. The only carpet is on the stairs and upstairs landing as we suffer from allergies. The rest of the house is laminate / vinyl flooring. Will take a 3 or 4 bed property in exchange. I can be contacted on 07876661057. I have quite a big suite, and table and chairs. It looks like from your garden that it is not over looked at the back, is that right, i can see trees, which is nice. How big is your garden. What is the area like in general, is it built up or semi rural, sorry for my ignorance, but i dont know your area at all. so lots of information like schools colleges, parks shops etc would be good. Is the grab rail by the garage, because its been adapted for a disabled person, or is it because its on a slight slope. You are aware that im only a 3 bedroom arnt you, i have an enclosed back garden not overlooked. By the sea and promenade, and not far from new brighton were there is a fair, and arcades, which your kids would love. central park at the top of church street few minutes walk. Good selection of local shops, exellant schools, and good bus servise if you dont drive. The only reason i am moving is for a bigger house, as i have everything here on my doorstep. sand sea,sunny back garden, convenient location for everything. I can send pics to your email if you like.
