In egremont wallasey .across the road from egremont promenade. close to local shops school and bus services. Clinic and chemist a few minutes walk. There is a newsagent across the road very convenient for bread and milk and newspaper.
The sea front and promenade across the road down tobin slip. (tobin street). On egremont prom their is a pub called THE EGREMONT FERRY they do a lovely sunday lunch. Their are wooden tables outside so on a nice day you can have a drink and look out across the sea.
if you walk along the prom to new brighton there are a few cafes, some sand, and an old fort called FORT PERCH ROCK that has a museum inside. and a small quaint pub. There is also a new theatre being built at new brighton called THE FLORAL PAVILLION, this shows pantomimes, and singers etc. If you like night life there are a few clubs down there that come alive at weekend nights.
The peninsula is surounded on 3 sides by water, so lots of coastal walks, and sand hills and beaches to be found.

wallasey town hall 5 minutes from the house, this has a convenient one stop shop inside.
Liscard town centre 10 mins walk, or 3 mins in car. Easy accessed by bus outside the house. public transport very good on the peninsula, at peak times every 15 minutes, at most other times every half an hour, and every hour on sundays. there are 2 bus stops out side my house on either side of the road, so extremely convenient if you dont drive, these buses will take you to the precinct in liscard, or birkenhead, or further around the peninsula if you want, to the like of ARROWE PARK HOSPITAL, etc
Liverpool accessed through the wallasey tunnel, or by bus or by ferry.
seacombe ferry a 10 minute walk, you can get the ferry to liverpool.Their is an attraction at seacombe ferry called the space port, also a cafe and ball pond for the kids.
30 foot garden with drive at the rear of the property accesed from church meadow close off church street. Totally enclosed garden and not overlooked, ideal for children and pets. The drive is approximatly 18 foot.
Liverpool is our cultural capital and has a lot going on, lots of shops, bars, cafes, museums, art galleries. Mathew street is all about the beatles and has beatles memorabillia. When you get off the boat at the pier head in liverpool, you are by THE ALBERT DOck, this has some nice swish shops, and cafes. The new shopping centre called liverpool 1 is in this area, and has supposed to have the biggest debenhams in europe.
liverpool has lots of train stations, LIme street station will take you anywere in the country.
The peninsula is ideally placed for work, as you have access to North wales, Cheshire, Liverpool and of course the peninsula itself. Their is a university in liverpool called JOHN MOORES

.Ive lived here all my life and would now like a change of scenery, not evan sure were too, but i would like a big garden, a semi or end of terrace. open aspects around the house, or lots of trees and parks, a local shop not to far away, as ive been spoilt here having everything on my doorstep. A drive if possible, and shower, a good college within at least a 15 mile radius, for my 16 year old.
