lovely 3 bed eot on large corner plot. big garden which goes round the side of the house.
downstairs has laminated flooring which was professionally fitted dec 07. upstairs carpeted. 2 double bedrooms and 1 single.
new kitchen and bathroom. just had new boiler and extenally decorated.
seperate dining room and large utility room.
good friendly neighbourhood with local shops and town center 5 min drive.
good transport links, trains into london 25 mins. m1/m25 and a41 all within 10 mins.
House in warners end hemel hempstead- looking to stay in hemel but will consider north of london- south of luton.
