I have a 1st floor 2 bed maisonette in Thames view area, IG11 0LH. I want to move near the town centre, as I want to be near family.

I am near shops, school, medical centre, and library, pub. There is 24-hour public transport across the road. There's a children's park at 5mins walk. Nice, quiet area. Friendly neighbours. I have been here 2 and a half years and I've never had any problems. There is plenty of green at the front and back of the property. NOT a high-rise building. Security entry system.
