Detached 4bed property, 9 yrs old, private driveway for 3 cars, small shingled front garden with grasses, large back garden with patio area, 6ft fencing all around garden, backing onto woodland and fields. The property has large downstairs toilet able to have walk in shower installed, long kitchen/diner, large lounge, small entrance hallway, upstairs has bathroom with over bath shower, 4 nice sized bedrooms..could get a double bed in each of them. Close to all amenities, doctors, tesco express, post offices, butchers, bakers, dentists, supermarkets, reliable bus service etc etc but also close to countryside..3 min walk & you are surrounded by fields and nice walking areas..20 min drive and you reach the Norfolk coastline..also close to Norfolk Broads. Good schools in area and very low crime rate.
I would like to move to an equally nice area and must be at least 4 bed property or 4 bed with dining room and must have good schools close by, this is a reluctant move but i need to put distance between me and ex husband. My daughter is having radiotherapy in London..so hertfordshire, surrey, essex, and surrounding london area's would b welcomed.
