Egremont primary school is a 2 minute walk, and has a very good reputation.
Liscard town centre is a 10 minute walk, or 2 mins in the car.
There is a local swimming baths a 10 minute walk from the house or 2 mins in car.
30 foot garden with drive at the rear of the property accesed from church meadow close off church street.
Over crowded hence need to move.
