What I Have To Offer : a massive 2 double bedroomed ground floor flat, massive living room, good size kitchen with plenty of storage space, seprate bathroom and tiolet, long hall way, walk in storage space, communial garden with brick built shed, one half of the communical garden comes in with tennacy, but is very small which can be fenced of with private back door leading to garden. its a low rise flat ina block of 6 flats in total, very close to schools, the main coventry road is with in walkin distance as is asda supermarket. Solihull is 15 minutes away on a bus journey, city centre is about 20 mins on bus.
What I'm Looking For : a 2 bed plus property any type as long as it comes with a garden big enough for my young children to play in, ideally would love to stay in the yardley area but would go out a little bit further a field for more information please email me
