I have a 2 bed 2nd floor masionette which is near schools, library, medical centre, shops. 24 hour public transport. Nice, quiet area. Friendly neighbours. lots of green. Parks at the front and back of property. Children's park at 4 mins walk. Nicely decorated. Entry security system. Double glazing, central heating. Good sized rooms and kitchen. Seperate bath and WC upstairs. Near to A13. 24 hour free parking. I have been in this area for 2 and a half years. I have no family in this area so I want to move near the barking town centre.
