PostAdvert Subject: NEED TO MOVE TO BARKING TOWN CENTRE!
I have a 2nd floor masionette in thames view area, IG11 0LH. I want to move near the town centre as I want to be near family. I am looking for a ground floor masionette as I have a young child. But if some one has a 2nd floor masionette or 1st floor flat near the town centre, I am willing to discuss it further.

I am near shops, school, medical centre, library. There is 24 hour public transport across the road. There's a children's park at 5mins walk. Nice, quiet area. Friendly neighbours. I have been here 2 and a half years and I've never had any problems. There is plenty of green at the front and back of the property. NOT a high rise building. Security entry system.

Nicely decorated. Good sized rooms and kitchen. Seperate bath and WC upstairs. Central heating and double glazing.
